For more than 20 years, we have built a photographic journey shaped by fashion, people, culture and an enduring fascination with the way light can transform an ordinary second into something timeless...

Today, Shins Thomas Varghese Photography, ShinsTV is a Melbourne based photography house known for an elegant visual language that brings together fashion, editorial, portraiture, weddings, beauty, modelling, runway, pageantry, lifestyle, swimwear, boudoir, fine art and visual storytelling...

But the story began long before the name became a brand...

A JOURNEY BUILT THROUGH THE LENS...

Shins began working in fashion photography in 2008, developing his craft not through a conventional photography school path, but through years of observation, experimentation and real-world experience...

The camera became both an instrument and a language...

Fashion offered the discipline of composition...

Portraiture revealed the importance of character...

Weddings taught the value of fleeting moments...

Runways demanded instinct and precision...

Editorials created space for imagination...

Each became part of the photographer he would eventually become.

Over the years, his work has taken him across fashion and lifestyle publications, designer collections, modelling portfolios, jewellery and commercial campaigns, runway productions, weddings, performances and deeply personal portrait stories...

His work became internationally published, and in 2020, his photographic journey reached a defining milestone with work associated with a Vogue title...
